“I requested no room service while I was there and I believe that was honored. I don't like my privacy Interrupted while I travel. Also there was no you're bar in the bathroom for used towels. I thought that was strange. Take the pictures down from the wall behind the commode and put a towel bar up. When I discovered my toothbrush never made it into my luggage I called the front desk to ask where I could get one and they said that I could get a complimentary one there which I did and I appreciate it not having to go out in unfamiliar surroundings”
“The hotel was quiet. The bathroom looked newly remodeled and the room had good space and lighting, with power outlets everywhere!! The iron worked and the ironing board was in great shape (sometimes this isn't the case). Location is great. Fast access to the interstate, lots of surrounding places for food and entertainment.”
“The bed was very comfortable and fluffy. I absolutely loved the bathroom! The chair was also surprisingly comfortable. That has never happened before. Rajesh was so accommodating to my requests and so was his partner form Sri Lanka. Customer service at its finest. I've sung the praises of this place to my friends and family that live there and they will be recommending it to business and family. I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Rajesh. Awesome!”
