“The bed was perfect and I was happy how comfortable and high it was.”

“The bed was about as comfortable as a concrete slab, the door beside our room to outside was broken and not locked so anyone could walk in. There was a used coffee filter in the coffee maker. The front desk didn't take people in the order they arrived so she didn't know to return my deposit which was confusing and infuriating.”
