“We were in town for a family wedding. When we got there they only showed us having a room for Sat night only and we reserved a room through Booking.com for Fri and Sat. I showed them my confirmation but they were overbooked. It took a lot of phone calls before they finally allowed us to stay Fri night. I am very disappointed with the disconnect between the hotel and booking . Com because I called to confirm my 2 night stay 2 weeks earlier and realized then that the hotel only had us down for 1 night and the person from booking.com and Kristie from comfort Inn both assured me it was corrected and I indeed had a 2 night reservation. It was very frustrating when we got there and it was not corrected and it made us late for the rehearsal dinner!!!”
