“The king room was very large, the balcony was nice to relax on in the evening. The staff was super helpful, sending texts to make sure we were doing okay. And sending up a remote for our tv almost instantly upon hearing we didnt have one. Rooms were clean and the floor was quiet. The text system was really nice as they got feedback and you got assistance without feeling interuppted at all during your stay.”

“The bed was really comfy and the room was very nicely made up. The pillow choices of hard or soft were great. Loved the waterfall in the pool. Great location, with lots of eateries and a grocery store within walking distance. Gym was a nice touch. Would stay here again as it was worth the price, despite some negative points.”

“We came the Wed. before Thanksgiving. We checked in and out early with no problem. This hotel is on I-4 East exit 68. Very close to all of the parks. It's off the main strips, there is a lot of space between the neighboring hotels and restaurants. Balcony; I always book hotels with balconies because I like to go outside. The 2 queen size beds were comfortable. Free breakfast. Mickey waffle maker. The sausage is good. Trays to take food to the room aren't available. No bugs in the rooms. Parking lot was well lit and close to the entrance. The outdoor pool area was nice but it's November; we didn't use it. There's a lot of great restaurants and stores within a 3 min. drive. You must go to Disney Springs! It used to be Downtown Disney; it's much improved with great restaurants, shops, movies and Lego Land, the free parking is great! Remember which free garage (Lime or Orange) you are parked in.”
