“Mrs. Jackson, was excellent we arrived a little early asked for early check in and she accommidated us . Plus there was an unpleasant odor in our room she promptly took care of that as well. They staff makes your stay , i rate on that mpre so than anything hotel slightly dated but Mts. Jackson an her staff overshadowed that with their great guest services. Job well done on the part of her and her staff good for Comfort Inn and Suites. Would stay at that location my next trip to memphis later this year”
“Waffle machines worked great, liked the hot (for most part) breakfast as compared to lame continental breakfasts at other places, friendly staff at front desk and breakfast room, accessibility from I-40 (not real happy about fire station nearby that we learned about during our stay)”
“The bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels, clean room.Breakfast was piping hot and had a good variety of options. Staff were VERY friendly and helpful. We had stayed here in 2014, the upgrades are a vast improvement. We really enjoyed the size of the rooms and the added sitting room.”
