“The staff were very patient, courteous, and didn't give each you any attitude. When we arrived early and wanted to check in for some needed rest, the staff helped us get a room with ease. It was very close to downtown Portland, took us about 10 minutes no traffic to get there. There's a Target, Best buy, shopping area north of I-205 about 10 minutes away if you forgot your tooth paste like we did. There's a shopping mall called Loyd Center about 10 minutes away. There's surveillance cameras around the parking garage lot for safety. The area felt safe! The staff up front, Marcella, was very polite and accommodating, excellent customer service! I like the fact that the front staff greeted you as you entered and left the hotel, it's nice that they notice you and take a few seconds just to say "have a good day". I'm definitely staying here again whenever I visit Portland!”

“We were in a room with a king size bed. The bathroom was a little funky in the sense of how small it was and the sink was outside the toilet/shower area. Thought maybe it was set up to be a one person room although we shared it. The room size was great ... just the small bathroom, tight door, mirror and sink opposite in the hallway ...”
“Good location close to the airport by shuttle. Great if you want to go into the city centre as there is the Max rail station a 5 minute walk away and the number 12 bus which goes straight in. ”
