“We were given a room on the main floor, which was great because my bags were heavy and there is no elevator. The pub is great – terrific service and you can get relatively healthy food, the beer was good. Breakfast was pretty good, always love fresh waffles. Beds were clean and quite comfortable. Hotel is only 10 minutes from Pearson Terminal 3.”
“We arrived early due to flight. No rooms were available, but we were first in line. We went to Toronto and on our return at 15:00 guests were sitting all over the place. We were told the room were not ready. Then they started checking in other guests. I went to ask them why when we were here first, they said they allocated rooms before hand. That is the reason why this hotel is such a nightmare. All guests were really angry.”
