Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast because we overslept seeing that the bed felt like heaven. Everything was wonderful!!!!”

“Bugs crawling in lobby door entrance and dead bug laying there. Moisture spots on ceiling bathroom vent filthy dirty,carpet outdated and wall colors. I ask upon check in if I could change to room with double beds and I was told no because I used bookings. At time to check out only one elevator was operable and it took about 20 minutes for it to get to the second floor it was hot and miserable waiting. I will not recommend this comfort inn and suites to anyone and think I should be refunded something back for this inconvenience I had to share my bed with a female friend cause I wasn't allowed to change rooms and pay the difference.”
