“The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The included breakfast was a nice bonus. I had low expectations because it was a busy weekend in Newport and difficult to find something to fit my budget but was pleasantly surprised! I would book there again. the staff was friendly an professional. I was impressed with how they dealt with a difficult customer who was in front of me checking in. They were beyond accommodating.”
“For the 2 bonus questions I gave a middle of the road rating because I was not looking for vegan options so didn't pay attention to them, and I didn't drink any coffee (I drank tea.) If you had an N/A option that would be my answer for the two above bonus questions. ----Great location. Far enough away from Newport, R.I. to be far less expensive and close enough to easily drive or Uber over to Downtown Newport, ......where all the action is. ----I liked the nice washer and dryer since I had lots of dirty clothes because this stay was near the end of my trip. ----I liked the comfortable beds, nice medium non-down pillows (hate huge pillows and I am allergic to down,) and although I prefer a full breakfast it is nice to be able to eat a lite continental breakfast first thing in the morning without having to go anywhere. ---quiet room. ---Very nice girl at the hotel front desk. And, the attendant in the breakfast area was very helpful and cheerful.”
“The room seemed dated and it had a "quick clean" prior to our check in. We were there one night only and they had no rooms with any kind of view available so we were in the last room in the back with a view of a parking lot. The breakfast was very cheap quality and the pool water freezing”
