“The staff, Kate went out of her way to accommodate us when the pool was out of order. I was really looking forward to the pool. So when things happened as they are apt to do she gave us a room with a jacuzzi. They also were working very hard to get the pool up and running which the did before we left. Found this to be very considerate. The staff was very good. Kate was an extreme asset to the hotel.”
