Reservations must contain the guest’s first and last name.<br><br>The total cost of the room doesn't include the City Tax and service charge. These fees will be charged directly at the hotel.<br><br>According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.<br><br>All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

“The hotel is within walking distance to the city center, very close to the TV tower, in a quiet street. In front of the hotel there is a chain store with many restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, WiFi worked well, the bathroom was ok (but not excellent)); AC is a bit noisy (but in the evening there was no need to switch it on). Breakfast is excellent, with an impressive variety of food.”
