“THE CHECK-IN STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE PROBABLY UNDERSTAFFED, 'CAUSE WE CHECKED IN WELL AFTER THE NORMAL CHECK-IN TIME, BUT MANY ROOMS WERE NOT READY. IN FACT, WHEN WE GOT TO OUR ROOM IT WAS NOT READY, BUT WE WERE SUCCESSFUL ON THE SECOND TRY. OF COURSE THIS WAS ON SATURDAY, AND THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED. I WOULD STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN BUT WILL AVOID WEEKENDS.”
