She tries to take the time to greet and chat with guests daily and is very pleasant even at 7am. ;-) She will come out thru the breakfast area checking in with guests and hotel staff to ensure that all is well with everyone. Always with a smile! Even one morning when a fire alarm went off and firemen were running around. She remained completely calm and continued to maintain a good work flow as well as greeting guests as they passed her by.”
