“The staff was not very friendly and gave us dirty looks for asking for cookies the second day . Each child wanted a drink and a cookie my sister went to get cookies 6 as we were traveling with 4 teenagers and the front staff gave her a nasty glare. My daughter came in from an excursion at 3 pm one day and was "parched" and asked for a glass of water, they told her they didn't have anymore? Really? Then I said something and one of the two ladies came out and poured a pitcher of water over the ice and lemons. Does it take that much? We will only be staying at Hyatts and Marriott properties in the future this trip was an eye opener!”
“Clean rooms with excellent air conditioning plus very roomy and included a real hot breakfast! Location was great too right of the interstate and the main road had anything you could eat or shop for!”
