“There was an error in the rate charged initially - I was treated with respect during conversations and the error was promptly corrected. Reception staff were efficient and customer orientated. Breakfast options are very good and lady working in this area was friendly and very watchful of her patch to ensure it was up to a high standard. The family suite was a decent size.”
“June 15th visit was ok......just ok. came back on June 24th and ask for a room and was told that the room price would be $139.00 NO LESS...... by the desk clerk who said that his name was Eric......who seemed to be in a bad mood. Went to the Fairfield Inn about 500 yards away and got a room for $74.00. Will not be back until the halls, elevator and common area are cleaned up and someone more pleasant than Eric is on duty.”
