“the staff was friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. the hotel was pretty warm, especially the elevators, not sure if it was air conditioning problem or what, not something to ruin our trip, but did hear lots of complaints from other guests.”

“AC unit was very noise, Was given a handicap room, when not requested, had noise basketball players nest door, stayed up late and make lots of noise. Paid up front 2 months in advance and was told that because my credit card had expired my booking had expired. Replacement of amities were not done daily. Had to request change of bedding. Needed pass word to use computer. Printer did not print well. Board pass was printed very light.”
