“The night me and my husband checked in the hotels fire alarm wasactivated and when we questioned if it was an emergency or not we werenever given a concrete answer. That morning I droped my husband off andpicked up my daughter and when we returned breakfast was still beingserved. I attempted to make my 4 year old a waffle and was told thatthe. Cleaning lady had already turned it off to clean it as well as thejuice machine. To follow I arrived back to my room to find the dooropen. I questioned room service and was told that she thought we checkedout. I explained that me and my husband did not check out and that I wasonly gone for a short time and that we exited put of the back entranceand therefore never told anyone one we were checking out. She looked atme and said ok as if she were ready to get back to what she was doing.Me and my family have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions andhave never experienced this type of service. It was very disappointing.”
