“When we arrived the staff could not find our reservation from Booking.com and claimed this is not the first issue. They were compassionate and worked through the issue to find a room. Luckily they were not sold out. The issue with Booking.com is concerning and I would encourage everyone to confirm their reservations before traveling. The staff was friendly and the hotel is a decent value for the location.”
