We will never come back to this hotel until we're ready to deal with power outage for a few hours in our bedroom or when we finally master on how to take a shower and brush our teeth in the dark. Please Note that Receptionist was nowhere to be found when we stopped by wanting to ask about the power outage and when they finally had a receptionist we were told that he probably was in the restroom .... ("what ... ?") God forbid anyone have to experience what we had at this "hotel". Please don't offer an apology as it won't bring us nor "some" people we know to your hotel anymore. Thank you (but not Thank You ..... ) for your service!”
“Bed was comfortable. There is a supermarket at ground floor, next to Hotel. Breakfast menu were good with many choices and I still could order an omelette for breakfast. Staffs (front desk, cafe, housekeeping) were good and helpful.”
“Hehe I found bolster.Make me so very happy.I can sleep well n'the bedroom comfy.and the smooking area quite comfy as well. Only need more fan or something make bit cooler. Many yummy food around. Not too far from galaxy mall.”
