“Room was big and the location of the hotel really helped my working schedule. The personel was friendly and they let me spend 4 additional hours in the room after check out time with no additional cost. The restaurant in 6th floor has a great view.”

“Corinne are good hotel, not a mega hotel, small reconstructed old home in great location in lovely Istanbul. access from this hotel to all over the istanbul is very very easy. this part of istanbul are alive until late night and you fill these nights will never end. Internal design of hotel is very warm and you fill you are in home. The cleanness of rooms and air conditioning, also room size were excellent.”

“What a lovely location, just two blocks from the main shopping street going up to Taksim square. The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious, elegantly furnished and well equipped. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We loved the cafe on the ground floor, could sit there for hours sipping Turkish coffee and watching passersby. Restaurants and bars are just around the corner, you don't need transport.”

“All staff (Ahmed and his other Arab -may be Iraqi- colleague in particular) was very polite and cooperative and helpful offering all possible help in terms of directions or places to visit. The property from inside the room is good but the loopy and the breakfast offered is fair but not good. I visited this property 3-4 years ago the food was totally different in terms of location and food offered.”

“The staff and the owners created such an environment, I felt I was family! The hotel has some weaknesses that could be resolved with a little more effort but what makes a stay more memorable is the people you meet and the people that really care and take your needs seriously and these guys make you feel like that . The location is a bit off the radar and taxis often can't or won't find it ! but I liked the neighborhood, it's a hip plac with cosy bars and cafe's that reminded me of the Gothic area in Barcelona and Alfama in Lisbon , however istiklal caddesi and Taksim sq are not as attractive as they used to be . The hotel has a good vibe and laid back atmosphere, excellent and effortless check in /out , very nice breakfast , beautiful rooms with high ceilings and as a bonus a roof garden with breathtaking views of Istanbul, make sure you Don't miss it , but above all as I mentioned before the staff and owners were all very nice people .”
