“Tender loving care. I was given a birthday card and a cake on my birthday. I was very touched.”
“We arrived at the hotel very early , about 8 am though the checkin is 3pm. We asked for early checkin , letting the staff knew that we just flown in from the airport and we were tired from the night's flight. The front staff told us they'll tried their best and asked us to have our breakfast first and they'll informed us by calling once the room is available. We went to eat and also stroll around the vicinity . Lo and behold, at 10 am plus, the hotel called us and gave us good news that our room was ready. We were pleasantly pleased and appreciated their kind understanding. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable and their security was good too. I would come back again and recommend to my friends and relatives.”
