“The entrance to the hotel, the receptionist was kind and helpful.”
“Garlic bread being served although the kitchen was closing”
“Bed was very comfortable - we were in latish and left early so not much else to say. Nice big room.”
“Very homely feeling. Check in and out was a breeze. Staff Receptionist on (arrival & Checkout) was great very happy and so helpful. Night receptionist Stace (not sure if spelling is correct) and chef Ngawai were amazing they were both under pressure that night. They powered through and now me and my partner what to come back all the time lol. Me and my husband had the steak meal it was amazing. My partnar is very fuzzy but Chef Ngawai cracked it "kai pai" reka as was his reply lol. So thanks again guys keep up the amazing work😊 Stace(night time receptionist) was very helpful considering doing 3 jobs at once (reception, bar and restaurants) there were a few mishaps but both Stace and Ngawai didn't let it get to them. Stace & Ngawai Great assets to have in your company. ”
“The size of the room and the spa bath were great. Clean and tidy unit.”
“big bed comfortable clean tidy, bath was a nice surprise friendly staff, welcoming, good information given”
“The bed was lovely and big, there was also plenty of room in the bedroom to put a portable cot.”
“I had a large room with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space for a full week stay. Big bathroom with bathtub and good shower strength. The hotel is close to town but away from main highway, so very quiet. I slept soundly in a big, comfy bed. Rooms are clean and service excellent. Staff make a long stay very homely. There's are a couple of bars and a restaurant. Food is plain but plentiful and I dined in each night. Breakfast basic so I had this in town. There are some very modern accommodation places in Pukekohe that are not as holistically comfortable as Counties for a long stay.”
“A long wait for dinner when you are in a hurry considering we were the only ones there.”
“Location. Friendliness of staff. Went out for breakfast the room was done when we came back.”
