“The male employee at the front desk was fantastic. As an example, I couldn't determine how to get the air conditioner working. He was up in my room in a matter of minutes, and a service person was there very quickly as well. As it turned out, there were no problems. I needed to set the temp from the thermostat, not the air conditioner itself.”
