“Hotel was under renovation, but you did not know until arrival. We were booked into a room with a toilet that did not function. We were told to use the public toilet near the lobby!! Finally got another room. The next day, they booked my bother-in-law into the same room with the non-functioning toilet. These people need to get out of the hospitality business.”
