The lady at the front desk did not have a hospitable attitude and I was wondering did I do something wrong.First there was an issue about payment.. Just know I had all my coins lol then she told me oh are you having a party? Like duh u see ballons decorations & food. She said if you make ANY noise what so ever you will be escorted off the premises and we won't refund any of your money. It's fine if that's the policy but her tone & body language was not professional. That tude of hers and let's not forget sarcasm was Ugh?! I remained respectful because my mom taught me better and it was my bday weekend I had just gotten back in town Jax,FL from New Orleans and she wasnt about to steal my joy but just know I wanted to SLAP her.”

“The parking lot was full of trash. The pool area was also nasty. Used towels every where, trash all over the pool deck, along with cig butts all over the ground. The pool area smelt like a beer. Outside of the property was just nasty and very uncomfortable!”
“The bathroom was spacious - beds were comfy. Plenty of parking. The staff was helpful. The shower has an unusual spigot but they explained it when I checked in I forgot to tell my son who had to google it when he tried to take a shower.”
