“Staff at front desk not friendly. When we checked in she had to leaveher friends at a nearby table who were all eating to check us in. I wascharged a little more than the price I got from Booking.com, thehandicap accessible room I requested was not available, and she told usbecause of her 3 years experience in the hotel business, she wouldadvise people to never use sites like booking.com to make theirreservations. For a Marriott, I was disappointed in the unprofessionalclerk. On a brighter side, the people in the morning that were cleaningrooms were very nice and friendly when we saw and spoke to them in thehall as we were leaving to check out.”
