“The worst experience to show my youngest son who was doing a tournament I would never in a million years book or stay here ever again and I will be sure to tell everyone”
“The hotel was going through renovations, so the restaurant was closed as was the pool. There were mighty fine restaurants within walking distance. People mover access was very accessible, as was the Renaissance center.”

Although the staff handled the situation they had to go room to room to establish if there was actually a vacancy. “Our bed was super comfortable, even better than at home! The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. The woman at the front desk that checked us in remembered that I mentioned it being my boyfriend's birthday, and when a few hours later we asked about a restaurant we were interested in she told my boyfriend to enjoy his birthday. So thoughtful! And while there wasn't much for a view from our room, I still think it was a lovely view of both the city, the river, and a little bit of Canada. I still got lovely photos of the view.”
