“I love staying at the Courtyard, even though it could use a little sprucing up. We stay there for the Kentucky State Fair Horse show. This year we had to shelter in place during hurricane Harvey. They were wonderful to us. They treated us like family, put a microwave in our room, helped with our room rates because we couldn't go home. During the horse show, the shuttle driver took me directly to my barn because I am handicapped and had many things to carry.”

“The hotel upon arrival was was very clean, the room was decent. I didn't need housekeeping service, because I was only there at night. But, when I asked for extra washcloths and an extra towel, the housekeeper was willing and eager to give them to me. Which was inviting. I work at a hotel and it means a lot for housekeepers to be friendly. Pool was amazing. But, there was another woman African American woman, slender body frame. At the front desk. She was soooo inviting, and even friendly when I prepared to go out. She helped with my card issues. The maintenance man tall, maybe mixed was friendly as well. ”
