“All staff were courteous, informed, and responsive. We were a party of 3 and needed additional shampoo and coffee. Staff was immediately responsive (within 5 minutes!). We booked a room with two double beds. There was ample room for our suitcases and plenty of outlets to recharge our devices. As you enter the lobby, amenities included an ATM machine, cold beverages, liquor, snacks that were paid for at the front desk or added to the bill. More substantial meals were served in a convenient cafeteria style eatery on the lobby floor. Courtyard Marriott Times Square is located a block away from Bryant Park, walking distance to the theater district and first class restaurants but away from the bustle of Times Square proper. For us, the hotel was ideally situated.”
