“I had French toast for breakfast. Breakfast was good. Hotel overall was excellent, except for the lobby area.”
“The Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was great. The hotel was very quiet, especially considering it was New Year's Eve. The location was also very convenient to the Navy base, but a bit out of the way for downtown Newport. I would stay there again.”

Booking.com had to call hotel to help find name and reinstall. On arrival - still problem. But, desk staff did resolve it ok.”

“I would like to thank Mark and Auther they went out of theie way to help me and my husband my room didn't have a microwave Mark brought one right up to our room and Auther gave us so much information about the restaurants and train services they were so friendly i had a room at the Hyett hotel its just a name the room was so dirty wven ti the point that the previous guest left socks behind on the floor broken glass all over the floor hair all over the bathroom i will never stay thier again!thank you Mark and Auther for everything!”
