“The manager, Monique, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Because I originally had a problem with their airport shuttle driver, she spoke with me on the phone to ask me not to cancel and offered to come pick me up herself or with the new shuttle driver on shift. When she arrived, knowing I had a track race in just 5 hours, she brought a bag full of nutritious food and water for me and my service dog. She also provided me with a late check-out the next day so I could relax before my evening departure flight. This manager is what Marriott represents in professionalism and customer service.”
“Restaurant was clean, food was good... the male we had the first night was rude and didn't explain well... the woman we had for brunch was super sweet and gave a little extra, I only wish I knew his name... front desk was great!!! I would have liked to find a menu for restaurants that delivered in our room... we wound up getting really screwed over by the one we called and only after the fact were we told about a place you guys use all the time...”
