“The young man at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful when we checked in. He was apologetic that the water jug for guests was empty and there were no plastic cups available. He immediately took care of both issues. He also happily agreed to give us a late checkout when we asked if that was possible. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was also very nice.”
