They were even helpful on giving advice on local entertainment. We found that to be helpful being that we are not from that area. The room was great, found everything we needed, couldn't get over the lack of sound, we never heard a noise the whole time we were there. The room was clean and smelled good.(first time staying somewhere that didn't smell like we were staying in a hotel.) Loved the lounge/bar, drinks were good, my husband and I were both wanting food but were unsure. We were directed to the loaded potato soup. It was great. Pleased to have stayed at this hotel. We have a friend that lives in that area who we will be visiting from time to time. We will for sure be booking our room with you. Thanks for everything.”
