NOT IDEAL.... after traveling for the last week or so and arriving tired and really late at a hotel... The hotel is good... though service seems to have lost its warmth and personal touch. But otherwise a great hotel in Kerala. Because of this to-do of sharing the bed, they did give us dinner on the house. ( because we mentioned that we would be missing breakfast in the morning as we were leaving at 5 am). It would have nice to be offered something without us mentioning it.”
