“The hotel was near everything but not right in the chaos. Everyone was super friendly no matter what time it was. Their breakfast was amazing and cooked fresh per order. Wifi was fast!”

“Extremely upset at the fact that they charged premium rates without disclosing the fact that the hotel was being re-modeled. The dust and debris from the lobby was quite disturbing. Shutting down emergency exit stairs due to painting and one of the two elevators had significant safety implications. While the rooms were barely okay, the service (what service?) was terrible. Putting Haloween candy out on a table in the lobby is not my idea of an acceptable hotel experience. The hotel and chain should have disclosed its renovation and offered at minimum discounted rates accordingly.”
