“The Courtyard are basically all the same – a Starbucks-like counter service, no free water in the room. At check-in they told us parking was $18 per night (instead of the $17 shown on booking.com) and gave us a pass. However the gate at the parking lot was open the whole time and it doesn't appear they ended up charging us.”
