“The hotel was more of a "self-service" customer experience. Parking is right in front which is helpful because you unpack and pack your own luggage (they have a u-shape drop-off / pick-up near the lobby). Lobby was set up with (2) small walk up desks making it easy and efficient. Access to the gym/pool require key entry - you can bring your own food/drinks making it easy for families - minimum staff interaction, however all interactions were pleasant and attentive as needed.”
