“The location was perfect, starbucks was inside the hotel which was awesome for us.”
“Great location. Close to Market St and Muni and BART stations. Very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff. We were told at check-in that there is a dance club on the 3rd floor and if the noise disturbs our sleep, we can ask the front desk to shut it down. But our room was on the 7th floor and we didn't hear a thing! Good sound proofing, I guess.”

“I loved the staff, the cleanliness of the room, they even offered to upgrade us at a reasonable additional charge. My husband became ill during our trip, they let us stay until 3 p.m. with no additional charge. The staff is great!! The room is great, the location is great. They also gave us a free appetizer and two drinks. It was a great stay even though my husband was sick, the staff made up for it.The waiters were great downstairs they gave us tea and packed up our mail so nicely my husband enjoyed the minestrone soup.Thank You so much to all at the downtown Courtyard Marriott who played a part in making our stay a great one. ”
