“The front desk staff, Liz, exhibited a high level of customer service and so welcoming and very helpful. I also made a small request regarding my son joining us late and she took good care of him. Our cleaning lady (I did not get her name) was great and super caring too. She double checked the room as we were leaving and found a couple of items I left behind. While we were loading in our car in the parking lot, she came again and handed my husband's dark pants that was also left in the room. The young man and the young lady at your Bistro on Saturday morning were very helpful too. We booked in your hotel to attend the funeral services of the baby sister of my husband in San Jose earlier in the day. The positive experience we had at your Courtyard Marriott at San Jose/ Morgan Hill hotel helped us find some comfort while going through a challenge in life. Thank you so much to the entire team.”
