“Donovan, the night manager, went above and beyond expectations with aiding us in getting a comfy room and then giving us complimentary parking when our original room was so cold because the thermostat didn't work. He's a very kind man and very gracious. The rooms were clean and cozy. Perfect for our needs and the location was very good; so close to the convention centre. There's also many good restaurants in this area. The hotel food was very expensive though. Yay, Starbuck's downstairs made great chai lattes. We'd stay there again as the price was fair for what we got.”
