“Love the light in the room with wall to wall floor to ceiling steel windows. Room service very very quick. Requests delivered extra quick. Beautiful presentation on room service trays. Housekeeping not bothersome but super attentive. The front desk staff so gracious concierge the same.... felt very safe and lots of staff and management atriums. “We were upgraded on arrival to a stunning room. The unique, individual interior design in the public rooms, bedrooms and courtyards really makes Crosby St stand out from other NY competitors. Our room was huge with a wonderful bathroom and a huge window. The bar is buzzy and fun, with great cocktails and the restaurant is also very good. Generous towels and robes, twice daily room service, DVDs to borrow (which came with complimentary popcorn); all little details which really make a difference. There is a cinema with screenings on Sunday night which we were very sorry to miss. Can highly recommend afternoon tea.”
