“The staff were amazing from the moment you walked in they couldn’t do enough for you receptionist Cloe Blake helped me organise a beautiful birthday for my daughter and went beyond her duties for me great person . And Andrew Atkinson was on the bar when we arrived full of information about the hotel and his service was a credit to the crown spa and so is Cloe great stay xxx”
“The room was clean, with comfortable bed. Breakfast was great as well. The room was provided with tons of towels, bathrobes etc. There was also a kettle to make tea, coffee, and hot chocolate.”
“Me and my partner stayed here for a few days at the beginning of november. Absolutley lovely hotel, staff are very friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. One of the night porters (can't remember his name) was really lovely, spent along time talking to us and made it feel like a home away from home experiance, he really is a credit to the hotel. Our electrics were not working upon arrival but after a quick phonecall to reception, there was someone with us in minutes to fix the problem. The spa facilities are lovely and such a warm welcome after spending the day out in the cold. The taste restaurant has a nice variety of food and is fairly priced. We will definitely be returning in the new year.”
“We had a very cosy sea view double room and had a lovely walk into town and back The town is small and fab, proper old English seaside Also really enjoyed the lovely sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi”
