“They lost a slipper😟😟 staff cannot speak English so difficult to convey instructions specially the maids. No evening service to change towels or make the beds. Had to be reminded to replenish coffee and water and worst of all only 2 packets of milk per day. Not acceptable at all. Had to go and buy my own coffee and milk”
