“Great location, great staff, lots of dining options in the property. Some of the best service ever experienced. My wife and i stayed here for a 2 day break. Around 3-4 am, we were woken up by someone smoking in a nearby room. We called the reception and it was taken care of immediately. After check out the next day, we hoped in a cab, and the hotel manager ran after us to apologize for the incident and to assure us that it had been taken care of as soon as we called. This is service and quality like i've never experienced before. Keep up the good work Crowne Plaza.”
