“The potatoes and the scrambled egg with ham, spinach, onion, green peppers was delicious! The view of the Marina was beautiful!”
“Loved being by the marina...great view and nice to walk around before and after dinner. There were close places to drink. and maybe snack, but only one for a dinner, which was at the hotel and was a limited menu. Room was spacious.”
“The comfort of the bed was excellent with the pillow being firm but fluffy. Upon entering my room I notice a problem caused by the refrigerator which the staff was unaware of. Once notified within 5 minutes, I was given another room and maintenance began to work on the problem.”
“This was my first stay at the Crown Plaza Hampton Marina and first time at Hampton University Parents Weekend. Every staff member at the Crown Plaza was courteous, hospitable and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, an excellent complimentary breakfast.”
“It was horrible!!!! A waste of money would never stay again, cleanliness the bathroom was on top of the list nasty and small . A cleaning crew had to come and re clean before was could settled in and this was after 6 pm. When it was time to leave none of the luggage racks could be found several trips had to be made to the 8th floor. Based on pricing free breakfast and no microwave. Time for an upgrade”

“staff was excellent but the room, elevators needed a thorough cleaning. brass in the facilities was horrible !!!Shower needed cleaning, bed quickly made. the best part of this stay was the staff. It also was a good location. Again, thank goodness for the staff !!!! We didn't want to stay the second night and left early. The mattress was great”
“Eggs was not that fluffy they only had majority pork don't eat pork was not good selection. And my room was poorly cleaned. They charge me $20 deposit twice for room service and room damage deposit never received it back to my card.”
