“The staff at the Crowne Plaza were by far the friendliest and most hospitable staff we have come across during 2 months in China. We were always greeted with friendly smiles and any requests were met with helpful responses. A huge special thanks to the lady who checked us in (sorry I didn't catch your name!), who went out of her way to help book us train tickets for the following day - your help was greatly appreciated! The breakfast was also amazing. It had a great mix of Asian and Western cuisine and all good quality. Can't wait to stay here again if ever we are in Hefei :)”
