“Clean, large rooms; friendly staff always willing to help, very good customer service; facilities required available on site; safe neighborhood, close to an area with nice restaurants. There is a mall with a hypermarket three minutes away (walking), which is very practical. Also, there is the Sunday market in the hotel where one can find very nice items. I booked trips to (Pretoria, Soweto, JNG landmarks, etc.) through the hotel. While it seemed a bit pricey, it was very well organized and the driver was great.”
