My first room had issues and shequickly and easily got me set up in a new room without batting an eyeand was very apologetic. I also spoke to a maintenance worker on myelevator ride and he was kind and personable.The bed was super comfortable and they provided a cute little set of comfort/relaxation spray and lotions. The products actually smelled good. They also provided earplugs on the nightstand for those light sleepers.”
