“Great front desk service. Clean and spacious rooms.”
“The mgeberal manager , receptionist and housekeeping people sucks. The rating of 4 star is a fraud. There were rodent issues in our 2 out of 3 rooms. Housekeeping failed to clean up our rooms twice. Complaints were made to the staff but the general manager never even showed up to apologize for the inconveniences .All communications are only through emails. They were all passive to our complaints. We did. Not like anything. Even their breakfast foods are bad. The stay in Crowne Plaza was a total disaster.”
