“The staff from this hotel made my stay a very enjoyable one. i would give an extra mention to the receptionists who checked me in on the first night. They checked me in as quickly as they could as it was already near 12 am. They were so polite and attentive to my needs and request. The male staffs at the counter who attends to our luggages and calling taxi for us were extremely helpful.They give us the directions very clearly when we asked them for it.Overall we are extremely pleased with Crowne Plaza. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was excellent and we always had a hearty breakfast before we explore Xi'an. i am sure you wont be disappointed with this hotel. nearby there is a shopping mall for sportswear. the price/quality ratio is excellent.”
